Payment Terms

Subscription & Cancellation

Recurring services continue until canceled by either party.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided for active subscriptions unless required by law.

HyroFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, branding, designs, automations, and materials created by HyroFlow remain the intellectual property of HyroFlow unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own business content, logos, and customer data provided to HyroFlow.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute HyroFlow systems or materials without written permission.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party software providers and platforms, including CRM, hosting, communication, payment, and AI services.

HyroFlow is not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, pricing changes, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Delivery speed from third-party communication carriers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the previous 30 days.
